April11,2018 : called customer care and Request ed to expedite EAD | Received RFE same day
Sent Fax : Severe financail loss | if i don't receive EAD by may 9 i will get employment termination letter from employer which causes me financial hardship .OPT EAD is about to expire on MAY 9,2018.
contacted ombudsman : case closed due to its with in processing times
contacted congressman office : They are trying their best to get case pushed forward.
Apr 30,2018 : made SR on what is current status of request
May5,201 : Received letter in the mail saying "your case is currently under review and you will receive decision shortly"
Do you guys have any idea how many days it takes to takes decision on my case after this notification ?
