Hi Guys,
I am here for the first time. Hope to get some positive replies to my query. My case goes like this:
Company X applied for my labor, I-140 in 2016 and EAD and I-485 in May 2017.
I got my EAD/AP in Sep 2017
I was on a project through the same company X till December 2017.
Since January 2018, i was out of job and in April 2018 i got a job through company Y.
On April 30th 2018, i got a letter from USCIS to appear for in person interview on June 7th 2018.
My questions are:
1. What should i say to USCIS in my interview about my current employer?
2. Should i say that i am still with company X and still looking for a project or clearly say that since company X couldn't find any project for me, i joined company Y and got the project?
3. If i say that i am still with company X, it will be a lie to USCIS and i do not have any pay stubs from January till April 2018. Please advice.
