Can my wife file for my daughter that Iives with my ex?
Hello beautiful and good people. How’re you all doing today? I have a pending marriage case with USCIS. My question is I have a 4 year old daughter that lives with my ex-wife in US. Is it possible for my new wife to file for my daughter? I have my EAD only waiting for decision on my I-485. So, can my wife still file for my 4-year old daughter that’s not living with us but she lives with my ex in US. If she can, what forms do we need to fill and what documents does USCIS needs? What form does she need to fill so she could also have a SSN? Thanks and God bless.
