Oct filler and still waiting
Hello, here is my timeline (485;130;765)
*Filled Oct 23 (married to usc, c09)
*Uscis received Oct 26
*Biometric Notice Nov 10
*Biometric done Nov 27
*Call Jan 10 (must wait full 90 days)
*1st SR Feb 9 (no action) 106 days Rep said I was going to receive a notice Feb 14 that was a lie. Call them back Feb 28 curse them out and hang up
*2nd SR March 16 (no action)
*Sent an online case inquiry April 3rd
*March 16 spoke with a L2 (my case finally reach someone desk)
*March 17 response from online inquiry (your case is under review; should receive a decision or notice of action shortly)
*April 25 email saying they need more evidence (after 6 whole months)
*RFE received in mail April 30th
*Sent response May 1st
*Uscis received it May 4
*Now received email they received my response and my case no longer on hold as yesterday
My question is how long from them receiving the response would I get another notice or even my work permit for those that pass that process?
