Hello,
My 1-765 application for employment authorization was received on January 22, 2018. It was been 107 days to be precise and my case is still pending. I have been terminated from my job on April 1st, 2018 when my previous EAD expired. From past more than a month I am jobless. Called USCIS multiple times but I am always left with no news on my case and they say California Processing Times are 5.5 to 7.5 months so case is within the processing times. Also raised a Service Request on the 75th day as they asked me to, but got a response by mail saying check online for processing time.
Is there any other way to expedite the case? Or any other option to go forward?
