Im on h1b and my wife is a USC. We got married in January 2018. Applied for adjustment of status in the same month

Bio - Feb 15th
Interview letter - April 6th
Interview - may 9th - SAN ANTONIO - Approved on the spot
Officer asked us basic questions. He already had all the answers and has studied my entire file. He just wanted to know from me about it. I was extremely honest about every point and gave him as much information as possible. He was happy. He issued a 2 year conditional GC.
I never got my EAD. And it was mentioned that my EAD would be denied as my GC has been approved already.
