AOS through marrrige. (With Lawyer) (F1 out of status) (April 2018 Filer)(Guyanese)
Hi friends, 1st time post, Ive gained a lot of helpful insight from this forum and just want to share my timeline so far with you guys.
I came to the US on a F1 student visa and dropped out of school due to financial hardship in 2016. Married to USC partner on July 1st 2017, been together for 4 years now and we have the most adorable 5 month old.

April 24th, 2018—Case was sent to NBC(filed I-130, I-485, I-765 & AP concurrently)
April 25th, 2018—Priority Date( case received)
May 2nd, 2018—received text/email notice of acceptance.
May 7th, 2018—received 4 NOA letters in mail
May 10th, 2018—received biometrics appoint letter in mail
( biometrics appointment set for 24th May)

*Online status still says ‘received fingerprint fees’*

Process seems to be moving along faster than expected, but I heard that it usually slows down after biometrics. We are quite anxious but are trying to remain calm and wait it out. Hope all goes well. Accepting any advice on how to prepare for interview., hopefully it comes around in just a couple of months.

*Local office is Memphis*
