AOS after marriage (Applied for I-485, I-765, I-130, and I-131)
Hi everyone, this is my first post. Here is my timeline:

Field Office: Nebraska

February 8, 2018 USCIS received all forms (I-485, I-765, I-130, and I-131)
February 23, 2018 received the receipt notice
March 16, 2018 Did the Biometrics
April 8, 2018 (Online check) Status changed for I-765 "Fingerprint review was completed and working on form I-765 at National Benefits Center location".

Questions:

1. It has been 91 days since last status change for my I-131 and 32 days since last status change for my I-765 application. I had a job offer and told them that it would take about 3 months to get my EAD. Do I need to wait longer for my EAD and travel permit?

2. I did check all of these cases with the USCIS case tracker online. However, I found out that for the case I-485, it states "this case is rejected with the reason you used an old version of the form that we no longer accept. If you do not receive your rejected case by March 21, 2018, you need to call the customer service."

I emailed my lawyer and she notified me that she got the receipt and the packet was not returned so the case is processing as it should be. Also, I never got any rejection receipt. Unfortunately, the status for this I-485 case never changed. It kept saying Validation Errors. Do I need to call the customer service for this error?

note:
I was in F1 student visa prior to marriage.

Thank you for any responses!
