Interview done on 18 April, the office was tough all questions he asked were about my B1 visitor visa.Before I came to the usa I had a girlfriend whom I was staying with so during my visitor application form I stupidly put her as my wife yet were ain't legally married.i got a number of rfe to explain about the situation and proof that I wasn't married back in my home country,after a long wait I got a rfe on Jan 08 2018 informing me I have been found innadimisible to enter United states or adjust status.The notice told I need to file for a waiver or form i-601and if I don'tmy case will be denied,according to most lawyers getting an approved i-601 is 10%,with the help of an awesome lawyer I filed it and it was approved in 3 weeks yet I had been reading of people that have waited for over 6 months.
