UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL KEEPING TABS ON MY CASE!!
A few months back, I used my "friend's" phone to access my case and unfortunately for me, my MSC############# number got saved and I just found out today that this person has been constantly checking up on my case without my knowledge all this time. Please is there a way for me to PREVENT them from doing such again. The thing is, she doesn't even need my login info to get into the account to find out my status, all they have to do is type in my receipt number on the "check status online" tab to see whats going on. Can someone please tell me if there is a way to solve this personal issue?
