Anyone filing in New Jersey with similar timeline?
So our initial AOS application was received on 12/19/17
Then biometric appointment was 1/24/18
We put in 2 service requests on 3/19/18 and 4/20/18 because they were over the 90 day liimit for I-765
We received an RFE for Affidavit of Support on 4/25
We submitted our RFE and they received it on 5/14/18...
Does anyone else have a similar timeline so we can compare dates?
I know the Newark field office is pretty behind compared to the others but how long after receiving the RFE do they take to respond? We filed on our own without an attorney so we are hoping everything works out!!
