Hey guys please need your thoughts on this. Thanks in advance.
My mum passed on recently and I got approved for an emergency advance parole to attend her funeral next month. I have a pending AOS. I have done my interview and it went well still waiting for the GC. (Atlanta field office).
I overstayed my B1 visa for 3 years before my AOS through marriage.
My lawyer says I shouldn't travel!!! that I will trigger the 10 years ban.
This is my MUM!!!
Peoples experiences here says otherwise.
I want to ignore her advice and travel .
