So I tried checking my i485 case for any update and then boom I saw - “ At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case” please contact telephone no”
Please does anyone know what this mean ?
Has anyone seen this kind of notification before ?
Do I just call them ?
Please I need your responses.
