Hello everyone..
I have been a silent member and I think it's very stressful these days to keep waiting and waiting ...
This is my timeline..
Filed on 22nd December 2017
Since then have been waiting no RFE just a medical courtesy letter
I overstayed my b1 b2 in 2016 and met my spouse who's an american citizen.
We got married last year..
I saw no updates just in February it changed to we are scheduling it interview
Finally on 15th May my Ead got approved
I dont know how much time it takes to get in the mail.
But atleast after 145 days I got approved
No SR raised.
I knew I had to wait 5 months.
I filed from boston.
Any idea when can I get my Ead in hand?
Good luck to all u guys waiting for their approvals for EAD,Green card or citizenship
