Hi all,
Just wondering, has anyone had an I-485 interview with a misdemeanor? I was not convicted, and am have sent in all documents. I got my I-765 (work permit) and would like to know if anyone has had an interview and what they ask? My attorney said I will be ok... but still worried. Please help.
