Senator ead expedite request
Today is 110 days since ead sent in.
Wouldn't be so pushy but I didn't know about the ead until February and we sent in my husbands i485 in august. So he's been without a job for 10 months and we've been living off of my small graduate school salary. Today our senator sent me a message saying he has requested an expedition of i765 since now my school year is over and I don't have a job until august. (Looking for a summer one right now before my last year of graduate school)
My question is - anyone with success with senator or congressman expedite request- how long did it take for an answer from uscis ?
