Two cancelled interviews
Hello,
My husband submitted an application adjustment of status through our marriage in October 2016.
We have received two interview requests, the first for September 20, 2017 and the second for March 19, 2018, both of which were cancelled when we arrived at the Manhattan USCIS office without explanation.
In the meantime we have submitted several service requests and contacted our Congresswoman and one of our Senators, all over a month ago, without a reply.
I looked through the forums but couldn't see a post about this particular scenario. If you have any advice about other approaches I would be eager to hear it!
