Adjustment of status. Anyone had interview in Philadelphia?
Hello everyone..
I just had my interview in philly May 23, 2018 2:30pm
This is my experience
JAN 22 2018 my case was received
FEB 2, 2018 I received all the receipt
FEB 20 Biometrcis schedule
APRIL 21 I received the notice for initial interview
MAY 23 2018 I had my interview
So me and my husband prepared all the documents when my name was called, we went in the office and sat down.
The IO ask for our ID and I presented my passport, after that she was flipping my documents and checking it.
She asked me the Yes or No question in the I 485 form..that was her only question and she asked for our proof of marriage and proof of we live together, we presented the tax return, car insurance,some mails that we live together as a proof , pictures, marriage cert. and both of our birth certificate. And no question added. She just said "all done, we will just mail the decision".
I dont know if I passed or not. Anyone here is same with my experience? How long is the process of their decision? I'm worried. Thank you
