485 decided before 765?
Hey guys!
Can someone please help me understand the process a bit better.. So I read that USCIS has approve your AOS 485 - case before they issue you an EAD (765). What exactly does this mean? Wouldn't that then mean that the processing for 765 would take the same amount of time as the processing for 485?
