Hi everybody .
My wife PD 1 may 2017. Brooklyn,NY. so it's over 12 months waiting.
Some people suggest to contact congressman and ombudsman.
I made 2 SR , contact congressman she made request but they send standart answer.
Last Saturday I fill form for Ombudsman ,get answer today:
While we understand your concerns, our review indicates that your case is within normal processing times as posted on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website at https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/. Because your case is currently within normal processing times, our office will be closing this matter.
I'm so angry I can't understand why the call for interview people who filled in 2018 but don't care about who filled in 2017.
