I have total empathy for the others writing on this website as I search through for something similar to my own experience. I would really like to hear from people who are dealing through the Jacksonville Field Office. Here is a summary of my experience so far:
2/2/2018 - Filing Date
3/9/2018 - biometrics exam - Jacksonville - fingerprints FAILED!
4/9/2018 - biometrics redone - success!
I got a notice that I didn't submit REF (medical evidence) when requested, but I never received any letter about it. I reported this to them online and they acknowledged that I could simply bring evidence to the interview...
Waiting, waiting, waiting, ......... still nothing. My heart is in my throat as I wait. And wait.
