Concerned traveler
I am out of status and will be traveling to New Hampshire/ Maine in a few weeks. I recently saw a new where Border Patrol agents created a checkpoint in NH and started asking everyone their status. I know they can do random checks within 100miles of the border/ coastline but it is not heard of happening very often. I was wondering if someone has been in such circumstance and willing to share their experience? Should I carry my receipt notices with me to show that I am a pending applicant just incase I encounter a checkpoint? Not sure what to do as this is a important trip that I have to make.

thanks in advance!
