120days post interview wait elapsed
PD is 21 February 2017
Interview was 31 Jan 2018

My 120 days post interview "held for review" wait has expired yet no update from USCIS. A month ago I called a level2 USCIS officer who said there was no red flags on my case, just that no decision has been made.

Today I have sent in letter to my senator and also opened an SR to USCIS Ombudsman. Both outlets/offices have acknowledged the receipt of my letter. Let me sit and watch what will be the next outcome.

I thank God my employer accepted the notice paper I got after I sent in application for EAD. He indeed accepted it as my extension letter because there is a clause in it that states if the real extension letter does not come and my EAD expires, then the receipt notice automatically becomes my extension letter. Let me stay put and pray my card goes into production. New York state can suck one's brains out due to the long wait. I think my patience has outshined that of biblical Sarah. God help me to laugh again. Abeg!!!
