My entire experience.... Denver Colorado
Same sex marriage
Priority date: March 29 2017
EAD CARD received on October 2017
Ready to be schedule for interview since June 12 2017

Heard nothing else from USCIS
Following year: 2018

March 20th, 2018 Got denial notice from USCIS for both forms i-485, i-130 because we did not attend the initial interview, Guess what? WE NEVER GOT AN INTERVIEW NOTICE IN FIRST PLACE. we wrote a letter to them explaining and also proof that we never got a notice.

2 weeks later both cases were reopened.

Middle of May got another appointment from them for today June 4th 2018.

The interview went great, we were the last one to be interviewed by the officer and she stated that we made the interview very easy, she thanked us for making her day better. THAT REALLY MADE US FEEL GREAT AND COMFORTABLE.

she after explained if she needs anything from us, she will contact us and that she didnt see anything wrong with our case. she also explained how to remove condition. Interview lasted maybe 25-30 minutes. we shook hands and left, as soon as we got to our vehicle the status changed to CARD /DOCUMENT IN PRODUCTION. we felt so happy, we went thru a lot but God is great all the time.

Wish you all Success and dont lose faith, your blessing is coming!
