My Approval Timeline
I've been a lurker of this forum throughout my application process, and I wanted to add my EAD/Advance Parole processing timeline as another useful data point. I sympathize deeply with all of you that are still waiting. By comparison my timeline was fast, but i've been there sweating it out alongside all of you. There is hope to speed up the process if you are proactive.

Category: C09 AOS by marriage to USC (from a TN visa)
Received Date: 2/27 (note that the online system says "Submitted Date" is 3/7)
Center: NBC (sent from NYC)
I-797C Receipts: 3/10 for all four applications (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)
Biometrics: 3/28 (in NYC)

In April I received a job offer and told them I should be able to start in mid-June.

Contacted Congresswoman on 5/23 through her website. Heard back from an aide on 5/24 asking for a letter from the new employer stating the urgent need for my services and the start date in order to make an expedite request.

On 5/31, received e-mail from Congressional aide forwarding response from USCIS that my application would be routed for expedited processing, with the same language reproduced in other posts here about no promises on processing time, many requests to expedite in the queue, etc.

Case Approved: 6/5 (I-131 and I-765)
EAD Combo Card in production: 6/4 (odd, but showed up in the online system on 6/5 along with the approval)
EAD Combo Card mailed: 6/7
EAD Combo Card received: 6/9

Total timeline from filing: 98 days to approval, 102 days to EAD card in hand.

My advice is that if you have any reason to expedite, contact your Congressperson ASAP. It works. We did not raise any other SRs, Tier 2, Infopass, etc., which seem to not really do anything.

Good luck to all! I promise you will get there.
