Interview Notice - Chicago Field Office
My wife just received her interview notice to obtain permanent residency scheduled for July 12th.

PD: Aug 2017

We married in India, Jan 2017, where she lived. I immediately filed I - 130 for her while she was just about to finish her masters in computer science in June. After she graduated, not having heard or any update on I -130, we decided for her to just move here on visitor visa that she already had and we would then apply for AOS.

Applied for AOS along with Work Permit and Advance Parole Document altogether. Few months after having completed her bio metrics, Her EAD was lost in mail by USPS and it took us a great deal of time going back and forth with both USPS and USCIS since neither of them were putting their foot down. USPS claimed they never received the letter from USCIS whereas USCIS claimed otherwise and wouldn't let my wife reapply for EAD until we provided them with a letter from USPS stating it was lost in the mail. Even to this date we are waiting for her EAD to get approved for the second time that she filed.

We do not have a joint bank account or health insurance together due to the loss of her first EAD and pending re-application. But we do have a whole bunch of photos together from our wedding, engagement and reception with our family and friends as well as our itineraries of places we have visited together and her birthday is coming up this 24th so planning a surprise celebration with family and friends so we will have photos of that as well.

Would this all suffice or do i need more evidence? Please advise. Any information you can offer would be much appreciated.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding our timeline. Good Luck!!
