Hello everyone,
I was reffered to this forum since people has so much experience here, and all has heared stories so maybe someone could help , an advice may change something.

I came to the US illegally, 10 years before, i lived with my spouse together but we never got married, my mom applied for me and i had a I-130 approved in 2010 and i was on the waiting list for a visa.. my mom has died.. what do you think is easier that i apply for i-601a , a waiver and benefit from the visa or adjust the status through my spouse ? we got married this year on february ... since i entered the us without parole or inspection .. can i adjust my status through marriage >>>??
i have been working all years, i have a tax id number and my records are clear ..
to be honest, after these year, i don't need any paper, we live good life, it's just because my spouse got sick, and sometimes she miss homeland and i want to take her .. that's why we started this process..

I know it's a case complicated, i know noone here can give a legal advice but we just share experiences .. thanks for giving me your oponions or if someone know some similar stories ..
hope all who is been waiting the best luck.
