F1 to H1B ( FTE from last 3.5 years ( Total 7 Years of experience ).
I have been following this thread silently and here is my recent experience.
1.Do you have a client ?
2.How long you have been with the same employer ?
3.Highest Qualification ?
4. Which School ?
5. Salary ?
6.Did you had any issues with immigration ?
Here is the where VO stopped and asked again when i said "NO".
Then,VO said my application will need further verification and took the passport with no 221g Issued.
Does anyone faced this issue in the past,If so what do you guys think that question would be ?
