Applying for AP with a pending AOS application.
Hello all. I have a question, if anyone has experience and knows the answer, please share. So I have a pending AOS application i485 and i130, i765 filed concurrently. I self filed, all was accepted, priority date 3/5/18, when I was filing I didn't file for advance parole because at that time the processing times showed less than a year and I didn't think I would want to travel until I got my green card, but know processing times are showing 14-34months. So my question is can you file a free of charge application for advance parole with an already pending AOS application, if you didn't do so when you originally filed your AOS i485, i130, i785 application. Please respond. TIA.
