Asking for later date of oath ceremony at the interview
Anyone knows if you can successfully ask to schedule your oath ceremony passed a certain date? Our interviews are on 17 and 18th of July at Federal Plaza but we are planing a trip on July 24-August 5th. Not sure how much time it takes these days between the interview and the oath and we are hoping we won’t need to reschedule. Can you ask the officer at your interview to schedule the oath pass a certain date in order to avoid the rescheduling hustle? Anyone has a successful story with that?
