Advance Parole with pending Asylum case
Hello all,
I have recently applied for Advance parole with a pending asylum case. I am planning to travel to Europe to complete my study (not to my country of origin). I am worried in case they maynot let me in, I have children who were born here. I am left in limbo between deciding to let go my study (only defense left)which took me five years and not getting to see my family. My husband is the main applicant of the asylum who stays here in case am travelling and we all have EAD. I hope someone would share any experience or advice.
