I have a question regarding Request for Initial Evidence
We received a RFIE but we are confused on what to send.
1. Based on the documents submitted with form I-864. The income did not meet 125% of poverty guideline. Submit evidence of assets or obtain joint sponsor.
2.the petitioner lists their current income on form I-864 as an amount to be considered as sufficient; however, no evedince has been submitted as proof of current income.
We meet the poverty guildlines because I have two jobs in 1 I been working for almost 2 years so I have filed taxes for it and I submitted proof of it when we sent the package. However I have a second job which I started on January 2018 so I haven’t file taxes for it. When we sent the package I did not submitted proof of my second job. We are really confused as what should we send. Do we need to get a sponsor or can we just send my pay stubs from second job which with it we meet poverty guildlines?
