After a long wait finally got the interview letter! please read carefully and keep in mind THIS IS an estimate time each case is different and one small thing can delay your process
My lawyer sent my full package without missing anything on may 5th 2017 and took them almost 2 months to review it and approve all the documents before they sent me the receipt!
RECEIPT WAS RECEIVE ON JUNE 25 2017
WORK PERMIT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT COMBO WAS RECEIVE ON OCTOBER 2017
LETTER FOR INTERVIEW WAS RECEIVE ON JUNE 2018 AFTER 12 MONTHS
INTERVIEW IS SCHEDULE FOR JULLY
I didn't have to go for fingerprint since I had a previous case and all the info were save in data
I have to big advise for you guys
1) try to forget about this once you submit your package like that time would fly keep your self busy with something otherwise you would loose your mind.
2) do NOT fu.k with federal don't waist your time if you know your marriage is not real!!!
