No updates and i-485 doesnt exists

Im trying to find information or anyone who has knowledge about cases like mine.
I had an student visa F1 with record or overstay for when I got married Late 2016 and after a year of marriage sent my papers to start process. My husband is a USC.
- Sent my package February 9 2018 Including i130 i485 i765 proof of bonafide marriage, pictures, and proof of relationship. Money orders, affidavit of support, letter from church and everything was fine.
-My package was received February 12 2018.
-Three notice letters came on February 20 2018.
-Online only said that the cases were accepted (all 3 forms) was accepted and I should wait for the letters.
-Then received the Fingerprints Appointment Notice February 23 2018.
-Had the fingerprints appointment March 13 2018.
-After that I havent received any update no letter, not online , no mail, nothing. Its been a week and my adjustment of status case number doesnt exist and called but the automated system said the same , waited for about 2 hours never talked to a real person.
Im on the NBC and sent to Chicago Lockbox.
Is there anyone that can give me any information?
