GC Interview married to USC
Hi everyone,

We finally had our green card interview last Thursday 6/22. It was about 30-40 minutes at Detroit Field office.
For context, husband came over from Australia on VWP and we got married in July. We applied for I-485 and I-765 in August and received notice of interview in May. We received EAD in March (after 9 months of a lot of waiting).
Our interview really only comprised of questions right off the I-130 and I-485. I had spent a lot of time compiling "evidence" of our 5 year relationship and marriage which the officer barely touch. In fact, she seemed quite rushed towards the end as our interview appointment was right before lunch.
We were getting ready to end the interview when she said we should hear something in 2.5 weeks.
I have read a lot of stories of people saying they received papers saying they were likely to be approved, our the USCIS interviewer gave them a big inclination. It has been 5 days now and I am starting to get anxious since we didn't really get clarity of whether we will be approved or not. I know it hasn't been long I am just anxious and impatient....
Did anyone else have a similar situation?

Thanks!
