Adjustment of Status - I-485

I was asked to provide the following document

The letter goes like this;

*You must submit evidence to establish that the petitioner on form I-130 is a united state citizen. such evidence includes:

Copy of birth Certificates
copy of puerto rican birth certificate
united states passport
Certificate of citizenship

When sending the package, my spouse birth certificate was included. Do I have to send this again.

Questions;
Do I need to send all the documents above for proof that my is born in United States or I just need to pick from them

*Submits al supporting tax documents, submitted to IRS for the most recent tax year. The joint sponsor must submit all supporting tax documents for the most recent tax year.

* The joint sponsor on form I-864, affidavit of support must submit a complete federal income tax returns submitted to IRS for the most recent tax year.

* Base on the documents submitted with form I-864 , affidavit of support for the joint sponsor, the income did not meet 125% of the poverty guild-line for the joint sponsor household size. submit evidence of assets that meets the standards list or obtain a different joint sponsor.

This is my questions family;

Does this Tax documents implies to my spouse or to the joint sponsor or both my spouse and joint sponsor

Can I change my joint sponsor if I'm unable to provide the tax documents.

I need your help. really confused and scared
