Green card holder filing for spouse
so we had our interview yesterday, it went really well in dallas tx. The officer said they are doing a background check on us then they will mail the green card if everything is ok. Does it matter that i have a criminal record? I committed a theft in 2011 can they deny my husband a green card because of me?
