Received Courtesy Letter from USCIS regarding form I-693 form
Hello Everyone,
I have applied for AOS, married to LPR on OCt 19, 2017. Completed my finger prints in November after that I haven't received any updates so far. Its almost 250+ days awaiting on EAD.
Today I received a Courtesy letter regarding the medical and Vaccination records were not submitted and they have instructed me to take along during the interview. My interview date has not been scheduled yet. Should I expect the date to be scheduled soon even though my EAD is pending.
My question is did anyone receive same letter. In my case my lawyer already submitted my sealed medical and vaccine record along with my I 485 filing.
Not sure why they find it missing in my application. Anyone in similar situation please reply
