1st EAD on 05/30/2017
2nd EAD on 03/17/2018
My file is still in NBC,MY Case status shows as "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" for I-485
my case is not moving from NBC to field office..
As per USCIS, my file is in out of processing time. Attorney submitted referral on last week. USCIS will inform us back by July 12 but I dont think it will help.
It has been soo long, any advise, anything will be much appreciated
