I am still waiting to schedule an interview. I opened 3 service requests and all came with the same answer: under the processes of schedule an interview. My online status is "finger print was received". I did one info pass on June 15, 2018 and they told me the delay is coming from the service center. what options do I have??????!!! my field office is Hartford, CT
