i'm an LPR , i filed I-130 for my wife on 2015 and AOS on 2017, last week I-765 $ I-131 got denied and I-485 was administratively closed , the reason according to the officer who made this decision was that the I-130 was not approved yet, they gave us 30 days to file motion to reopen I-290B , any advice ? and how much time this would take ?
