I am the US Citizen wife. I did not make enough the last 3 years to cover the income. My current job/income is eligible, but will still need to use joint sponsor as income last year didn't work.
Got RFIE 01/18 for joint sponsors assets. Sent back 1/26/18. Got RFE 06/2018 saying joint sponsor not qualified needs another joint sponsor.
Got another joint sponsor with GREAT income! Do I (US Citizen wife) need to file out I-864a? Not sure who needs to complete I-864a????
