I applied for OCI in lieu of PIO for my daughter at Chicago in Dec 2017. It seems to be stuck since Dec 2017.

I have called Cox and King several times and they too do not have any clue about what is going on with that application. I routinely check for status on both the Cox and King web site as well as at the Gov web site. But both are showing the same status since Dec 2017.
