Case under review by an officer - Nov 2017 Filer
Good morning all,
Nov 1, 2017 filer, PD - Feb 2016. Waiting for EAD/AP - 247 Days
During my call to USCIS and L2 officer on June 11, the officer said that the case is still open and has not yet been assigned to an officer. But when I called yesterday, July 5, the L2 officer said that it being reviewed by an officer and I will hear something soon. Just to be sure, I asked him again if it is assigned to an officer and he said yes.
For those of you who heard that their case was assigned to an officer, how long did it take for you to hear a decision on your EAD/AP?
