hi everyone,
I want to share my experience with you all. After 8 months waiting my EAD has been approved and was mailed on the 6th of July. Yay!
this is my timeline:
11/01/2017 application received along with I-485 adjustment of status application based on marriage.
05/03/2018 first inquiry done to immigration (I call and they said within a month I should have an answer)
06/12/2018 second inquiry done (called again, they say to wait one more month)
07/06/2018 received a notice of action stating they approved my application and the card was going to be mailed to my address.
hope this info helps, I'm still waiting on the interview. In the USCIS website says they are ready to schedule for an interview but it's been more than a month since then. Me and my wife are very grateful after being waiting for such a long time, things are starting move ahead.
