GC interview now waiting for decision/card
Hello.
Marriage based GC interview happened June 25th. The interviewer could not approve on the spot because they had misplaced my i-130??? or he had to find the i-130 file or something. My i-130 has already been approved long time ago. i offered to give him a copy of my approved i-130 but he refused and said he would need to file his own government i-130 file.
They told us to give them a month to three months. The officer did say that there are no red flags and will recommend for approval.
Has anyone experienced the same??? Why would they misplace a file that is so important.
