Hello everyone!
Office: Lee’s Summit, MO (NBC)
My husband and I got RFE and we responded to it but since October 2017 the status is:
“Response to USCIS request for evidence was received” and nothing has changed!
My EAD is about to expire and I am already sending the renewal form to get a new one.
It has been more than a year since we submitted the paperwork but I have faith that everything is going to be alright.
Anybody else in the same situation?
