Hi everyone,
I filed concurrently for i485, i130 and i765.
On June 22nd, I got a request for initial evidence asking for my birth certificate (i485). The letter said that they need it to make a decision on my application.
1. How long does it normally take to hear back from USCIS after they receive the requested doc?
2. The RFIE letter state that they need my birth cert to decide on my application, is that a good sign?
3. Will the RFIE cause delay on my EAD application process?
3. Do we have anybody here who has the same PD as me - June 5th? If so, please share the progress of your application.
Here's my timeline:
May 31st - application received by uscis
June 5th - PD
June 26th - completed my biometrics
June 22nd - RFIE for birth certificate
July 9th - RFIE doc was delivered to USCIS MO
