I know they are processing Feb applications. But I really need my card so I won't lose my job offer.
EAD based on a pending 485
Below is my timeline
PD: 2/12/2018
6/5/2018 Expedite Request sent:
6/12/18 Got an email from USCIS for expedite evidence:
6/14/18 Job offer faxed
7/5/18 USCIS: We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly.
7/5/2018 Info Pass: Your case is with an officer
7/11/2018 Congressman: Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. This case will be routed for expedited processing. Once this case is reviewed, your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action. Due to the extremely high volume of expedite requests for this case type, there are numerous cases involving exigent or humanitarian issues already in the expedite queue, and we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the expedited review. The strict enforcement of the expedite criteria means that all cases sent for expeditious handling are urgent, and we assure you that this case will be adjudicated as soon as possible.”
