Thanks for entertaining this silly question but I am in a terrible situation as my BC could not arrive on time from India. I have ALL other documents in place including 5 supporting documents for DOB which also have court affidavits (also initially submitted).
Please advise that if BC is not produced at the time of interview but a few days later (may be within a week), how long would this whole GC approval be delayed for?
I am getting sleepless nights because I never got an RFE asking for my BC, I thought they were satisfied with the court affidavits but now they mentioned in my interview notice that I need to bring it to the interview.
